La Revista Facultad de Jurisprudencia (RFJ) de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador es una publicación que adopta lineamientos de Ciencia Abierta. Por lo tanto, se trata de una publicación científica continua y semestral (Enero-Junio) (Julio-Diciembre) publicada por el Centro de Publicaciones de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (EDIPUCE: https://edipuce.edu.ec/revistas/) y bajo el auspicio de la Dirección de Investigación de la Universidad (https://www.puce.edu.ec/investigacion-puce/). La revista se encuentra dirigida a docentes e investigadores nacionales e internacionales interesados y comprometidos con generar y compartir abierta y eticamente conocimiento científico de calidad e impacto global.

La modalidad de publicación continua cierra el 30 de junio y el 31 de diciembre de cada año. Sin embargo, la RFJ se encuentra abierta a recibir artículos a lo largo de todo el año. Su énfasis es el ámbito de lo jurídico (entendido "prima facie" en un sentido teórico) y su relación con otras disciplinas, saberes y ciencias. The Journal of the Faculty of Jurisprudence (RFJ) of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador is a publication that adopts Open Science guidelines. Therefore, it is a continuous and biannual scientific publication (January-June) (July-December) published by the Publications Center of the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (EDIPUCE: https://edipuce.edu.ec/revistas /) and under the auspices of the University Research Directorate (https://www.puce.edu.ec/investigacion-puce/). The journal aims at national and international teachers and researchers interested and committed to generating and sharing openly and ethically scientific knowledge of quality and global impact.

The continuous publication modality closes on June 30 and December 31 of each year. However, the RFJ is open to receiving articles throughout the year. Its emphasis is the field of Law (understood "prima facie" in a theoretical sense) and its relationship with other disciplines, knowledge and sciences. RFJ can use the system of "thematic specials" in any of your calls. RFJ allows and encourages authors to publish articles sent to the journal on their websites or institutional repositories, both before and after publication in this journal, providing bibliographic information that accredits, if applicable, their publication in it.
