Abstract

This research reviews the work Ciberacoso, by the author Natalia García Guilabert. It analyses cyberspace as a new area of criminal opportunity, minors as victims of non-sexual cyberbullying, the theory of everyday activities, and the victimisation of continuous non-sexual cyberbullying in minors. It includes an explanation of the structure of the document, emphasising the contribution this publication provides for law school students, teachers, trial lawyers, prosecutors, and judges.
